FEATURES

6-INCH POLISHING PAD – The Honeycomb Polishing Sponge Pad is suitable for RO concentric polishing machines, with a backing size of 150mm/6-inch. Before purchasing, please ensure that your polishing machine backing pad is 150mm/6-inch.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY – The unique bonding technology makes it not easy to fall off and allows for quick replacement. Additionally, it can withstand repeated washing without degumming, greatly extending the life of the sponge pad.

HONEYCOMB GROOVES – The sponge surface has honeycomb-shaped grooves to store excess polishing compound, which can be replenished when the pad lacks compound. This design also helps reduce surface temperature, to some extent, preventing paint burning.

EDGE TREATMENT – The edge treatment makes them more aesthetically pleasing and practical compared to those without. Additionally, it reduces the tension of the sponge on the paint surface, resulting in more uniform force distribution during polishing.

HOW TO MAINTAIN – Add neutral detergent to water, squeeze repeatedly to wash off stains, then rinse with clean water. Do not fold or scrub vigorously. After squeezing out most of the water, use a polishing machine to spin-dry the remaining moisture.
